10:00 a.m. – Opening Ceremony

10:15 a.m. – Mutual of Omaha’s Wild Kingdom and throughout the day.Mutural of Omaha's Wild Kingdom

11:00 a.m. – Spokane Taiko
Spokane Taiko Building community and creating awareness with a fine-tuned kumi-daiko ensemble that brings the rhythms and flavor of Japan with traditional music. Audiences will be soothed at times, and electrified by the primal beat and pulse of the instruments. Members of Spokane Taiko experience a journey in building relationships, physical stamina, focus, and cooperation.

12:00 p.m. – Mobius
Mobius Spokane, WA Illustrating various scientific principles such as air pressure, various forms of combustion, and chemical reactions with exciting results. Volunteers are called upon, hypotheses will be solicited, and the scientific method will be rigorously put through its paces. Audiences will be surprised and shocked, as each experiment will be fully expounded upon. Spark your curiosity, ignite your imagination, and join us as Mobius throws down the science.

1:00 p.m. – Jung Kim’s Taekwondo Taekwondo
Jung Kim's Taekwondo Taekwondo It is a martial art originating from Korea, meaning ‘kick, punch, the way of life’. The study of taekwondo will develop a harmonious spirit that affects all aspects of your life. At our school, children and adults train their minds, bodies and spirits. 2:00 p.m. – Japanese Bon Odori Dancers
Mukogawa Fort Wright Institute Students
Mukogawa Student We welcome Mukogawa Fort Wright students to Spokane Valley. They will dance BON ODORI. A festive folk dance held in the evenings during the Bon season, the middle of August. The stage is set in shrine or temple precincts and yukata (casual Kimono)-clad men and women dance in a circle .The original purpose was to welcome and console departed souls.











3:00 p.m. – Northwest Hula
Northwest Hula Northwest Hula, Spokane’s only professional Hula dance entertainment company, features authentic and traditional Hawaiian Hula, the fasthip- shaking Tahitian Dance and the New Zealand Maori Poi Ball Dance. Most of us are from the Islands and we represent all ages of dancers from beginners to the more advance.




4:00 p.m. – Stevens County Stompers
Stevens County Stompers The Stevens County Stompers is a clogging group in Colville, Washington. Carring on this age old folk dance that dates back to 1700’s. Groups range from 3 to 70 years of age and older. In the program there are many levels of clogging from beginning/intermediate (recreational) to advanced (competitive).

5:00 p.m. – Musha Marimba
Musha Marimba A student group from The Enrichment Cooperative, Bryant School, Spokane Public Schools. This group is made up of 15 students ranging in age from 12-16 years under the direction of Heather Ward. Playing lively, handclapping, toe-tapping African marimba music originating from Zimbabwe that will be sure to get you up out of your seat.

Ashe'Dance & Drum Ensemble Prepare to be entertained, amazed and delighted as you experience the energy, texture, and pageantry of West African and Caribbean inspired music and dance. Ashe` (pronounced Ah-shay) members are veteran performers of this genre, and believe that music and dance are the ultimate bridges for rich cultural exchange; universal languages that foster understanding and promote peace.

2:00 p.m. – Mystik Dream
Mystick Dream
A professional dance team troupe specializing in classical belly dance, tribal fusion and improvisational tribal style belly dance. Under the supervision of artistic director Nefabit, the company includes six principle dancers and a host of corps dancers, made up of advanced students.
