Brightly colored hot air balloons will fill the skies of Spokane Valley for Balloons over Valleyfest sponsored by Numerica Credit Union. The hot air balloons will launch under good weather conditions. The wind must be calm and the skies clear. If the weather permits, join us for many spectacular opportunities to see these aircrafts up close. Hot air balloons fly with the wind so landing them always takes a welcomed landowner. If you are a landowner and do not want a hot air balloon landing on your property, then please contact the Balloons over Valleyfest Chair at stephanie@valleyfest.org.
